What we stand behind, how parts you supply are handled, and how deposits and cancellations work.

Workmanship Warranty

All labor performed by OMW Auto, and all parts supplied by OMW Auto, are warrantied for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of service. Warranty coverage is limited to the original repair and does not extend to unrelated wear items or failures caused by misuse, accident, or modification.

Customer-Supplied Parts Policy

    No Warranty on Customer-Supplied Parts

    Parts sourced by the customer carry no warranty from OMW Auto — labor or part. If a customer-supplied part fails, the customer is responsible for sourcing a replacement and paying the labor to install it again.

  2. 2.

    Diagnostic Responsibility

    When a customer requests installation of a specific part without a prior OMW diagnostic, OMW is not responsible if the part does not resolve the underlying issue. Diagnostic fees still apply if further work is needed to identify the root cause.

  3. 3.

    Failed Install or Wrong Part

    If a customer-supplied part is incorrect, damaged, defective, or incompatible, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Labor already performed and any dispatched-trip fee are still due.

  4. 4.

    Prepaid Authorization

    By scheduling service with customer-supplied parts, the customer authorizes OMW Auto to charge full labor regardless of the outcome of the part itself, and acknowledges the no-warranty terms above.

Cancellation, Reschedule & Deposit Policy

Because our technicians are dispatched directly to you, we hold time, parts, and travel for every booked appointment. The following deposits and fees protect that commitment and keep our schedule fair for every client.

Arrival windows account for DFW traffic and prior-job runover. We'll always communicate proactively if an ETA shifts. For the safety of our technicians, service may be paused or rescheduled in severe weather.
